Outside of our standard manufacturer’s warranty we also offer several repair options designed to keep your simulators in good working order.

 

Time and Materials Repair

As the title says, this is straight time and materials repair work.  Our repair rate is $125 / hour for labor plus materials.  This includes a “ball park” figure for the repair based on your description of the problem and service issue.  We will take a look at the equipment but must charge a $125 fee for test and inspection (charged whether you decide to have us repair it or not) and then you will get a firm quote from us on the repair charges.

Service Contract

Our service contracts provide our customers with the ability to send their simulators back to us for repair, regardless of cause, as many times as is needed for the period of the contract which is 1 year.  This usually helps to expedite the repair cycle at the customer end by already having a contract in-hand requiring only to ship the simulator to us and not having to go out for pricing and issuing a separate purchase order each time.  Entering into the contract requires the acceptance by Teletrix of a simulator that is in good working order.  If repairs are needed prior to entering into the agreement the customer must assume the cost of the initial repair.  This is the most hassle-free way to keep your simulators up and running.

· Only cost to you during the contract is shipping to us

· Replace any broken parts and place simulator in good working order

· Simulator must be in good working order to qualify (up-front repairs are extra if needed)

· 1 week turn-around

· $695/simulator; 5% discount for 10 or more

Repair Option C

Simulators qualifying for our enhanced microprocessor upgrade will benefit from Option C.  This combines the services listed in Option B along with the choice of upgrading the microprocessor or placing the simulator under a 1-year, no questions asked service contract.  An extremely value-packed option that meets many customer’s needs.

· Upgrade simulator microprocessor or place simulator under 1 year service contract

· 1 week turn-around

· $899/simulator; 5% discount for 10 or more

Repair Option B

Option B is for customers with simulators in need of repair.  Regardless of how the simulator was broken, we will fix it for a firm, fixed price.  Again we give it a good once over and then we repair the simulator to place it in good working order with no extra charges.

· 1 week turn-around

· $595/simulator; 5% discount for 10 or more

Repair Option A

This option is for customers who would like a general servicing of their equipment to verify good working order.  We give the simulators a good once over and tweak the calibrations, recondition the batteries to eliminate memory build up (if possible) and guarantee the work for 30 days, no questions asked.  We will also recommend any replacement parts needed.  All of this for one fixed price.
